copy cert.key cert.key.org

openssl rsa -in cert.key.org -out cert.key

openssl x509 -req -in cert.csr -signkey cert.key -out cert.crt -days 3650 -sha256 -extfile v3.ext

certutil -mergepfx cert.crt cert.pfx
